1.Take high protein diet, avoid high carbohydrate diet
High protein diet help with insulin resistance problem while high carbohydrate diet make it worse. 2.Take food with low glycemic index, avoid high glycemic index
Foods with low glycemic index break down slowly in the body, lead to slow release of glucose into the blood. Unlike foods with high glycemic index, they break down fast, lead to sudden increase of glucose in the blood, which then lead to sudden spike in insulin concentration (hyperinsulinemia).
